This people have water that smells like poop. Sewage water is what they use for water. Remnants of trash, sticky nastiness in drawers, air vents falling off ceilings. Random kids belts found? Candy stuck to floor? Trash wasn’t even taken out. Mind you I have kids that found these things as well.
Oh and don’t even try and ask for them to refund you for their disgusting rental. They will give you the run around and then IGNORE YOU. Awful establishment and these people NEED TO BE SHUTDOWN.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Easy check in. Great location near the airport. Super clean. Smelled really good. Good parking. Safe. Nice decor. Highly recommend.

Can we just put our card on file for this location EVERYTIME we visit Houston!! The host was very nice when I called her before check-in. Yes I was able to call her which means a lot because before finding this location I had a bad experience with no communication from the host which made me feel uncomfortable with my reservations. I will make sure to reserve this location everytime!!

"The room and property is average, but if you are looking for a breakfast, which they advertise is included in the price, is terrible. The only items available for breakfast are coffee and mini muffins. That's all. Very disappointing. Also, they usually don't have staff at the front desk."
